  No visit to Dubrovnik would be complete without a walk around the city walls, one of the best-preserved ramparts in the Mediterranean. An uninterrupted flow of walls, almost 2 km of length, with massive forts, towers and bastions, were built to protect this freedom-loving city. Get a glance of the old town of Dubrovnik from a completely different angle and enjoy spectacular views of the shimmering Adriatic.

Day 2: SINGAPORE - ZAGREB (-/-/-)

Departure from Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Zagreb, Croatia's Northwestern capital.

Arrival into Zagreb airport. Meet your driver for a private transfer to Zagreb and your hotel – the Esplanade. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Zagreb.

Day 3: ZAGREB (B/-/-)

Meet your local guide for a private walking tour of Zagreb.
Croatia’s elegant capital is an eclectic mix of Central European architecture and unbeatable Mediterranean charm. It is a city of lush parks and avenues, grandiose edifices and quirky museums, everyday café culture and al fresco living. Discover its bustling streets and squares in a leisurely walk with your guide. Enjoy the greenery of Zrinjevac Park, the haste in Ban Jelacic Square, the history talk in mediaeval settlements of the Upper Town. Admire famous landmarks such as St Mark’s church with multi-colored roof and Croatian coats of arms in St Mark’s square, the center of Croatian government and parliament. Continue your walk to the Lower Town of Zagreb, dominated by the impressive building of the Croatian National Theatre.
The rest of the day is at your leisure to wander the streets of Zagreb on your own.

Day 4: ZAGREB - Countryside Tour (B/-/-)

Today, meet your private guide for a private tour of Zagorje region, Zagreb hinterland. Ride through the bucolic landscape of green slopes speckled with mediaeval castles and picturesque villages. Discover Trakocan Castle, a romantic 13th century stronghold with rich historic heritage. Sitting upon a hill and facing its reflection in the lake underneath, it leads you into a true fairytale. Meander its hallways, salons and luxuriously furnished rooms and revive a whole world gone by…
The lush region of Zagorje is not only known for castles but also for its culinary delicacies! Stop for lunch in one of the charming local taverns and taste the typical dishes of the region while sipping local “rakija”.
After lunch you will venture far into the past at Krapina Neanderthal Museum. It’s situated near the world-famous prehistoric site of Husnjakovo Hill, where the local paleontologist Dragutin Gorjanovic Kramberger led major excavations in 1899. Some 900 human fossil bones (dated 125 000 years ago) were found which makes this the largest collection of Neanderthal people collected at a single locality. Enter the museum’s virtual cave that evokes the Stone Age and learn about the ways of life and the significance of Neanderthals in the evolution of mankind. Later today your driver will take you back to Zagreb.

Day 5: ZAGREB - PLITVICE - SPLIT (B/-/-)

This morning meet your driver for a private transfer to Split – gem of Dalmatian coast. On the way, stop to visit Plitvice Lakes national park with a local guide.

Day 6: SPLIT  (B/-/-)

Meet your local guide for a private walking tour of Split. This unique 1700-years-old town features a living monument of the Diocletian’s Palace, included in the UNESCO’s World Heritage list.
Drawn by gorgeous nature and mild Mediterranean climate, Roman emperor Diocletian chose this small corner of the world to spend the rest of his days. He started to build his luxurious palace around 293 AD and retired shortly after. In the centuries that followed, the town overgrew the Palace’s walls and it became the core of today’s buzzing coastal metropolis of Split. A walk with your guide reveals the layers of history on every step and every magnificent landmark. The majestic square of Peristil rises above the mysterious Substructures of the Palace; pretty Venetian palazzi encircle lively squares, while the colourful green market and a relaxing waterfront promenade create a cozy living room for the locals…

Day 7: SPLIT – PELJEŠAC – DUBROVNIK  (B/-/-)

Meet your guide and driver at the hotel for a private transfer to Dubrovnik. After a short ferry ride to the mainland you will enjoy a scenic ride through Peljesac Peninsula, one of the best wine-growing regions in Croatia.
On the way stop to visit the beautiful Rizman Winery in the village of Klek. This family-owned winery enjoys a spectacular hilltop position overlooking Peljesac Peninsula, Croatia’s best wine growing region, and produces top-quality wines. Taste their premium wines with a light snack before continuing your ride to Dubrovnik.
Afterwards you will continue to Dubrovnik. Upon arrival, check into your hotel into your hotel – luxurious Excelsior – and spend the evening at leisure.

Day 8: DUBROVNIK  (B/-/-)

Meet your local guide for a private walking tour of Dubrovnik. Famed for its sheer beauty, glorious history of a one-time republic and majestic ramparts, Dubrovnik righteously bears the title of the “Pearl of the Adriatic”. The UNESCO-protected Old Town features mediaeval stone buildings, red-tiled roofs and narrow passageways. A stroll down Stradun, the main street, reveals the intricate network of cobblestone streets and squares. Admire famous landmarks and monumental edifices that make Dubrovnik an open-air museum. Quaint Franciscan monastery hides Europe’s oldest pharmacy; Rector’s Palace honours the mighty dukes of Dubrovnik and the baroque Church of St Blaise celebrates the town’s patron-saint.

Day 9: MONTENEGRO HIGHLIGHTS TOUR (B/-/-)

This morning meet your driver at the hotel for a private transfer to Montenegro. Your local guide will meet you right after you cross the border for a private half day tour around this tiny country’s highlights. From its backdrop of soul-stirring mountains to awe-inspiring seaside settings, Montenegro is a tiny country with oodles of natural and cultural treasures.
Ride through pristine nature of Boka Bay, where mountains dip in the sea in fiord-like surroundings. Walk the sleepy town of Perast, where the strong navy tradition formed a charming baroque entity. The town’s most graceful buildings date from the 17th and 18th century when the captains were building their beautiful villas. Take a boat ride to the artificial island of Our Lady of the Rock, one of two picturesque islets in the bay. Listen to the local legends about its creating and admire the views around you. A short ride away discover the historic town of Kotor. Surrounded by dramatic folds of rock and city walls, Kotor enjoys a unique position and a stunning visage. A walk around its narrow streets reveals town’s recognizable landmarks, such as the Cathedral of St Trifun and the Maritime Museum.
Spend some time on your own before your driver takes you back to Dubrovnik.
