Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: 24th November | IceHotel Arrival
Arrive at Kiruna Airport and meet your IceHotel representative, who will provide you with warm clothes for the chilly weather. Embark on an exhilarating dogsled transfer to the IceHotel, a unique and thrilling way to start your adventure. Glide through the stunning winter landscape as your luggage is transported separately, making this journey a memorable introduction to Northern Sweden. Upon reaching the Icehotel, check-in and enjoy a guided tour of the magnificent ice sculptures and rooms, complemented by a refreshing drink at the Icebar. In the evening, savour a delicious dinner accompanied by wine at the hotel restaurant.

Day 2: 25th November | IceHotel
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the IceHotel. Next, dive into a private ice sculpting session, where you’ll craft your own sculpture from pristine crystal-clear ice harvested from the Torne River. Guided by an expert instructor, you’ll learn the basics of ice sculpting and use the tools to create a unique piece. After lunch at the Icehotel restaurant, embark on an evening snowmobile adventure to hunt the northern lights. Drive through the dark winter landscape, away from city lights, in search of this breathtaking natural phenomenon. Along the way, stop at a warm wilderness cabin for a two-course dinner before returning to the IceHotel, hopefully with the northern lights illuminating your journey.

Day 3: 26th November | IceHotel
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before setting out on a thrilling dogsled lunch tour. As a passenger in the sled, experience an exhilarating ride through the beautiful boreal landscape surrounding the Torne River. Your experienced musher will guide you and answer your questions along the way. Halfway through the journey, warm up with a delicious lunch at a cosy wilderness camp. In the evening, head to the Old Homestead for a three-course dinner with wine. The timbered building, dating back to 1768 and also a museum, offers a charming setting with a crackling open fire and views of the tranquil Torne River.

Day 4: 27th November | IceHotel
Experience the Sámi culture with a visit to Nutti Sámi Siida. After a short transfer from the IceHotel, meet and feed reindeer, and learn about the Sámi way of life. In the evening, dine at The Veranda Restaurant, where you’ll be treated to a unique flavour experience from Norrland, with dishes made from the finest local produce and water from the deepest valleys.

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel before meeting your guide for a half-day private Copenhagen City Tour. Discover the city’s historic centre and trendy neighbourhoods, including iconic sights like the Little Mermaid, Amalienborg Palace, Nyhavn, and the Folketinget Parliament. Explore Freetown Christiania, an independent municipality known for its unique atmosphere and vibrant community. Spend the afternoon at your leisure, further exploring Copenhagen on your own.

Day 7: 30th November | Copenhagen
After breakfast, embark on a half-day, food-based walking tour with a private guide. Start at Torvehallerne, the new covered market halls, and sample a range of artisan foods including cheese, liquorice, caramels, and preserves. Explore the city’s culinary scene, visit the Botanical Gardens, and taste local specialities like smørrebrød, gourmet hotdogs, and craft beers.
