Itinerary:
Day 1: SINGAPORE – CAIRO (Lunch/Dinner)
Depart from Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Cairo.
Upon arrival in Cairo, meet your English-speaking local guide and driver and visit one of the best highlights in Egypt, The Egyptian Museum. This museum was established in 1902 and contains the world’s largest antiquities collection that shows all the stages of ancient Egyptian history, where there are more than 120,000 artefacts inside the museum.
Then, check into your hotel.

Day 2: CAIRO – ALEXANDRIA - CAIRO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
This morning, enjoy your breakfast in the hotel.
After which, meet your guide in the hotel lobby and drive to Alexandria, a Mediterranean port city in Egypt. Start your tour in Alexandria by visiting the Pompey’s Pillar, the only remaining pillar from the Roman temple. It also the biggest memorial column in Egypt. The pillar, made up of red granite, stands at about 28 meters and has a base diameter of 2.7m.
Then, you will visit the medieval Citadel of Qaitbay, a 15th-century defensive fortress located on the Mediterranean seacoast, where artefacts and maritime finds, including some objects belonging to Napoleon's fleet which sunk in Alexandria's enlargement with an extraordinary naval strategist by Admiral Nelson in 1798.
Next, visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, a historical archaeological site located in Alexandria, Egypt, and is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Middle Ages. The site was discovered by accident in 1900 when a donkey disappeared through the ground, these catacombs make up the largest-known Roman burial site in Egypt and it is one of the last major works of construction dedicated to the religion of ancient Egypt.
Thereafter, you will visit The Bibliotheca of Alexandrina. It was founded at the beginning of the 3rd century BC. The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is built on a magnificent site alongside Alexandria's ancient harbour in the historic centre of the city. The 11-story library can contain up to 4 million volumes of books and can be expanded up to 8 million by the use of compact storage.
Drive by the corniche and the old harbour where you can see the old fishing boats, men fishing and traditional fishermen making nets.
Make your way back to Cairo.

Day 3 CAIRO – LUXOR – NILE CRUISE (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
This morning after breakfast, meet your guide in the lobby and transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Luxor.
Start your day tour in Luxor with a visit to The East Bank of the Nile River where you will visit Karnak Temple, the largest religious building ever constructed. It is a city of temples built over 2,000 years and dedicated to the Theban triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu.
Then, make a visit Luxor Temple, at the Temple of Luxor you will be surprised by the courtyard, enormous columns and the granite statues of Ramses II. The temple was also constructed during the reign of the Middle Kingdom in ancient Egyptian history, the Temple of Luxor has witnessed many constructions that were contributed by many kings and rulers afterwards making it an open-air museum of the evolution of the Egyptian construction in ancient Egypt.
When you are in Egypt, the Nile River is a must-visit for many! The Nile River is the longest river in the world, spanning 11 different countries, and is incredibly important to Egyptians for both sustenance and transportation. The best way to see the Nile is from aboard a luxury cruise sailing between the ancient cities of Luxor and Aswan.
This evening, you will embark on a 4-night Nile luxury cruise from Luxor to Aswan.

Day 4: LUXOR – ESNA – EDFU (NILE CRUISE) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
This morning, have your breakfast on board the cruise while you continue your journey to the west bank of the Nile to visit the most famed collection of such elaborate tombs was the Valley of the Kings which lies on the Nile's west bank near Luxor, where tombs were built for the pharaohs and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom of ancient Egypt.
Next, visit Temple of Hatshepsut, a mortuary temple dedicated to Amon-Ra, the Sun God. Pass the Colossi of Memnon, 2 massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, which have stood here for the past 3,400 years. It is also considered the closest Egypt came to classical architecture
Thereafter, continue on your cruise and sail southwards to Edfu, passing through the Esna lock. Savour your moment as your ship cruises through Esna lock, one of Egypt's major tourist attractions and, the places to visit in Aswan.

Day 5 EDFU – KOM OMBO (NILE CRUISE) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
This morning after breakfast, hop on a kalesh ride, an Egyptian horse-drawn carriage, to visit the Temple of Horus. The temple was built between 237 and 57 BC and is one of the best-preserved ancient monuments in Egypt.
Continue sailing southwards to Kom Ombo to visit Temple of Kom Ombo, an unusual double temple dedicated to 2 gods, Sobek and Horus.
Tonight, enjoy a galabia-themed party onboard the cruise.

Day 6: KOM OMBO – ASWAN (NILE CRUISE) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
This morning, head to the magnificent Abu Simbel Temples, one of the most famous ancient monuments in Egypt. The temples were dismantled from where they were built over 3,000 years ago and repositioned to where they are standing now. By means of a complex engineering feat in the 1960s, the temples were salvaged from the rising waters of the Nile River caused by the erection of the Aswan High Dam.
In the afternoon, sail around Elephantine Island on a traditional felucca ride and view Mausoleum of the Aga Khan on the west bank of the Nile.

Day 7: ASWAN - CAIRO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
This morning, disembark from the cruise and continue sightseeing in Aswan.
You will explore the great Aswan High Dam, an engineering marvel and one of the most important projects in the modern history of Egypt.
Next, stop to see the Unfinished Obelisk and learn more about how ancient Egyptians used to cut and transport huge stone pillars, proceed to view Temple of Isis, built to honour the goddess Isis, this was the last temple built in the classical Egyptian style.
Take a domestic flight back to Cairo, upon arrival transfer & check into your hotel.

Day 8: CAIRO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, meet your guide in the lobby and begin to uncover the mysterious sites to see Cairo's most interesting landmarks. Visit the famed Great Pyramids of Giza which has been built during the 4th dynasty in the old kingdom of Egypt's ancient history. These gigantic structures which have been built by the kings and pharaohs of ancient Egypt during the old kingdom of ancient Egyptian history.
Next, you will see the Great Sphinx of Giza, facing the Great Sphinx that has been thought to be built to resemble King Chephren himself. Continue to the high plateau for camel riding around the Giza Pyramids area.
Thereafter, proceed to the oldest and most ancient capital in the history of Mankind, Memphis City. You will see the massive statue of King Ramses II along with other sarcophagi and broken capitals from ancient pillars from the city.
Then, visit the oldest stone pyramid in history, the Step Pyramid of Zoser which was built almost 200 years before the great pyramid of king Cheops.

Day 9: CAIRO - SINGAPORE (Breakfast)
After breakfast, meet your guide in the lobby and visit Khan El-Khalili, the largest bazaar in the Mideast with more than 4,000 stalls. You can shop for excellent handicrafts and even try Egyptian coffee and shisha, traditional flavoured tobacco, at your own expense. Transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
