Itinerary:

Day 1: Singapore – Adelaide

Depart Singapore for Adelaide

Day 2: Adelaide – Fleurieu Peninsula – Victor Harbor

Upon arrival, meet your guide and start your trip to Adelaide!

To kick start the trip, visit an all-inclusive wine tour at Shottesbrooke. Go behind-the-scenes and enjoy hands-on sensory experiences, barrel and finished wine tastings, and view the working winery operations up close. Your exclusive experience will continue with a pleasant stroll through the estate vineyards (weather permitting) to McLaren Vale's No. 1 fine dining restaurant, The Currant Shed. Here you will enjoy sparkling wine on arrival followed by a relaxed, regionally inspired three-course regional lunch dining experience meticulously crafted by their award-winning chefs. Each dish will be personally introduced by your table hosts to compliment the experience and served alongside a hand-selected range of perfectly matched Shottesbrooke wines.

Visit McLaren Vale and stroll down its main street at leisure and visit well-known attractions such as the quirkily named Blessed Cheese, Almond Train or Olive Shop.

From the seaside town of Victor Harbor, board a 1-way horse-drawn tram ride to Granite Island, home to more than 1,000 fairy penguins. Then join a guided tour to discover Granite Island – home of the Little Penguins. Granite Island is home to a small colony of rare, wild Little Penguins.

At dusk, witness a penguin parade when the penguin families return ashore after feeding at sea. Twilight tours are conducted for guests to the Island to spot the Little Penguins as they return from the ocean at sunset.

Then, unwind at your accommodation, Seascape Retreat. Day 3: Victor Harbour – Kangaroo Island - Stowaway Kangaroo Island

This morning after breakfast, take a scenic drive to Cape Jervis where you will board a ferry to Kangaroo Island (45 minutes). Brimming with rugged natural beauty and an abundance of native Australian wildlife, Kangaroo Island is also Australia’s 3^rd-largest island. Upon arrival, make a stop at Clifford’s Honey Farm to taste some pure Ligurian honey. You may try the farm’s renowned Jenny’s Famous Honey Ice Cream and take home some honey products at your own expense.

Then, indulge in an oyster tasting at The Oyster Farm Shop, the largest commercial oyster farm on the island where locally farmed oysters are processed and sold daily.

After which, check into your accommodation at Stowaway Kangaroo Island.  Stowaway is nestled beside Lathami Conservation Park which is home to the rare Glossy Black Cockatoo and an abundance of other native Australian flora and fauna.

With uninterrupted panoramic views to the ocean and headland across native bushland and rolling hills, Stowaway is ideally situated in a central location to explore Kangaroo Island’s spectacular natural attractions and indulge in memorable epicurean experiences

Day 4: Kangaroo Island – Barossa Valley

Experience the breathtaking natural beauty of Kangaroo Island today as you pass by spectacular views of Yacca Flat and the splendid coastline on the way to Flinders Chase National Park, a rugged wilderness featuring iconic landmarks such as the world-famous Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch.

Marvel at one of the signature landmarks on the island, the Remarkable Rocks, a collection of dramatic granite boulders and structures formed after 500 million years of erosion.

Then head to Admiral Arch, where the distinctive rock bridge, the ceiling and the striking surroundings will leave you speechless. Visit Seal Bay, where you can see a colony of Australian sea lions basking in the sun after lengthy fishing forays in the ocean.

Then, take the ferry back to Adelaide and take a drive to Barossa Valley where you will spend the night at The Reserve Barossa Valley. Located on the ‘Western Ridge’ of the Barossa Valley, gently rolling hills of patchwork vineyards are contrasted against open fields of cereal crops, making for some of the most picturesque landscapes to be found in the region. Set on 6 private acres of manicured gardens, our Seppeltsfield Road property has amazing views across 43 acres of Shiraz vines, from the 6-person spa and plenty of room to roam in the orchard, wineries just over the road or create a feast in the wood-fired oven.

Day 5: - Barossa Valley

This morning, spend the day at Barossa, one of Australia’s most famous wine regions.

Make a stop at Lyndoch Lavender Farm which boasts 60 varieties of lavender in the display garden.  Lyndoch Lavender Farm & Cafe is a multi-award winning Barossa Valley attraction. It is also the largest Lavender Farm in South Australia.  Enjoy tea with scones at your own expense and purchase quality lavender products.

Then, take part in a cooking class in the outdoor kitchen at the historic Jacob's Estate Cottages. Held in the Jacob’s Creek precinct, the unique experience provides a picturesque setting for an interactive cooking class. Hosted by a Jacob’s Creek chef, you will pick fresh produce which will then be prepared into a hearty feast. Enjoy a leisurely lunch over a few glasses of Jacob’s Creek wines, just like a true Barossan!

After lunch, experience making your own Blend Wine Experience at Penfolds Winery. The wine is then presented to take home in a personalised bottle. Become a master winemaker for the day with an experience specially designed for discerning wine-lovers. Learn about the legend of Penfolds first-hand in the heart of premium winemaking country.

In the evening, make your way to the airport for your domestic flight to the Gold Coast.

Day 6: Gold Coast

This morning, enjoy a morning with one of Australia's most loveable animals with a Koala Breakfast at Paradise Country, Gold Coast! Enjoy breakfast like nothing you'll have ever experienced before in the koala nursery with the resident koalas and joeys! Get up close and personal with these iconic furry creatures. To conclude the morning, a chance to get your photo taken cuddling one of the koalas will be available (Note: Koala Breakfast starts at 8.30 am on Saturdays and Sundays)

The fun doesn't have to stop once the breakfast is finished as general admission to Paradise Country is also included! Enjoy a day of meeting other Australian animals including kangaroos, emus and dingos, as well as farmyard creatures, and the adorable baby animals in the nursery!

In the evening, visit The Star Casino and you will find Kiyomi, a hatted restaurant making some of Queensland’s best Japanese food. Slivers of kingfish, toro and salmon sushi are perfect to whet your appetite but those who dine choose one of the set menus will be rewarded with izakaya-style small plates such as robata-grilled pork and tender cuts of Wagyu beef with an eel and kombu jus.

Day 7: Gold Coast

Today, enjoy the ultimate behind the scenes tour of the Gold Coast’s famous Warner Bros. Movie World. The VIP Star Tour- Access All Areas will take you on a tour around the park before the gates open to the public.

Your morning will start at 8:30 am at Warner Bros. Movie World and you will get access to never before seen areas of Movie World's top attractions including The Justice League Track, inside the Scooby-Doo Spooky Coaster High Zone, the Superman ride control room plus the Stars Kitchen to see how the park comes to life for its guests every day.

Then, perk yourself up with a morning tea at The Village Bean before meeting some legendary stunt drivers on the Hollywood Stunt Driver Garage 2. As show time arrives, take your VIP seats and enjoy the show from a special viewing area. The guided VIP Star Tour- Access All Areas finished at 12.30 pm with a delicious lunch with some of your favourite characters.

Spend the rest of your afternoon at leisure and enjoy Movie World at it's absolute best with a Fast track pass to the rides and a VIP area to enjoy the Streets Star Parade at 3.30 pm.

Day 8: Gold Coast

Experience the romance and wonder of floating over the scenic rim of the Gold Coast with a 30 minute Gold Coast Hinterland Hot Air Balloon journey. Enjoy the impressive spectacle of balloons being inflated at dawn before taking the flight to the mesmerising views of rolling hills and open fields complete with a mind-blowing backdrop of the rising sun and waking wildlife.

With views of the sweeping hinterland in one direction and the Gold Coast skyline scattered with towering buildings in the opposite, this is the only Gold Coast hot air ballooning option that provides the best of both worlds. As you peacefully glide in the breeze to the landing point, prepare yourself for the delicious champagne breakfast that awaits you.

After breakfast, make your way to experience the Australian wilderness. Check into your accommodation, Nightfall Safari Tents. With only eight adults staying at any one time, nightfall camp is a personalised and tailored experience. Nightfall’s luxury tents are well spaced and surrounded by forest.

Settle in your accommodation and set off for an afternoon hike to some stunning and historically significant sites with your guide. Maps, step-by-step directions and a picnic lunch will be provided. You can take the opportunity to explore neighbouring Lamington National Park, stopping to eat under the Rainforest canopy or enjoy your lunch in a beanbag, beside the tumbling creek waters only meters from Nightfall’s guest lounge.

After the hike, rock-hop to a beautiful pool at sunrise or sunset, sit quietly and if you are lucky, you might be able to spot an elusive Platypus

Alternatively, if you are not into adventurous hikes, you may choose to unwind and relax instead. Lounge in the sun in a beanbag or unwind in “Nature’s Spa” (a swirling, bubbling, natural spa in the middle of the creek). Or opt for a private yoga class, massage or facial in your tent or by the creek.

The ultimate relaxation: a massage by the creek or in the forest. No pre-recorded sounds here, just the real thing: birds, wind in the trees and the backdrop of the tumbling creek.

In the evening, Nightfall’s unique glamping venue comes alive with new sensory experiences. Pre-dinner drinks are followed by delicious organic meals served under the stars or beside the campfire, a rare and unique dining experience, in a different setting for each meal of the day.

Your evening meals are cooked in a custom-built wood-fired oven to further enhance your bespoke experience. Nightfall does not offer a menu, instead, your likes and dislikes are taken into account to craft a meal.

Produce is sourced from the Nightfall kitchen garden, wild harvested from Australian bush tucker plants (a bush-tucker orchard has been created in the grounds of Nightfall), the local farms of Scenic Rim and organic markets in Brisbane.

Day 9: Singapore

This morning after breakfast, make your way to the airport to depart for Singapore.
