Itinerary:
DAY 1: SIN – ADELAIDE
Depart from Singapore Changi Airport for Adelaide.
DAY 2: ADELAIDE
Welcome to Adelaide! With more than 200 wineries within a one-hour drive, Adelaide is the perfect gateway to a gourmet region as it boasts one of the most vibrant food market precincts in Australia and a thriving small bar scene.
Enjoy a wine tasting at the original Grange Cottage, famed for their Magill cellar door experience and it is also the 1844 home of Penfold's founders Dr Christopher and Mary Penfold. Then, conclude the tour with an exclusive selection of their most coveted wines, including the flagship Grange, in one of their private tasting rooms. On top of that, you may personalize your own wine with a custom plaque – available exclusively from Penfolds Cellar Doors.
Indulge in a 3-course lunch with wine at the exquisite Magill Estate Restaurant, located in a glass box overlooking the earliest vineyards and the original Penfolds cottage.
Spend the afternoon exploring Adelaide Botanic Garden. Visit the magnificently-restored 1877-built Palm House, First Creek Wetland, the Amazon Waterlily Pavilion, the Santos Museum of Economic Botany and the Bicentennial Conservatory.

Then, check into The Mayfair. The luxurious 5-star Mayfair Hotel can be found at the intersection of King William and Hindley Streets. The boutique hotel boasts an unmatched location, adjacent to Rundle Mall and a short walk to Adelaide’s Riverbank and entertainment precincts.
The Mayfair Hotel offers elegant and locally inspired dining at Mayflower Restaurant and THE DEN, and a sophisticated rooftop experience at HENNESSY Rooftop Bar.

DAY 2: MCLAREN VALE - Mulberry Lodge Country Retreat
This morning after breakfast, grab a cup of coffee at one of the famous brunch spots among locals, Peter Rabbit. Then explore the nearby bustling Adelaide Central Market which was established in 1869 and now the largest covered market in the Southern Hemisphere.
Then, drive 40 minutes south to the pretty vineyard region of McLaren Vale, home to sustainable winegrowing, world-class wines and culinary experiences. It is also renowned for its grenache, shiraz and Italian varietals. Taste wines at various wineries such as Wirra Wirra, Penny’s Hill and SC Pannell.
Have lunch at d’Arenberg vineyard’s D’Arry’s Verandah Restaurant, overlooking undulating vineyards all the way to the Gulf St Vincent. The d’Arenberg Cube restaurant offers a seasonally changing degustation menu, with an extensive wine list featuring a selection of imported wines, and both current vintage and museum releases from d’Arenberg.
After which, visit a nearby ironstone cottage to taste Italian varietals and buy olive oils and Woodside Cheese Wrights' cheeses made by different family members.
Then, check in to your accommodation, Mulberry Lodge Country Retreat that is set in pretty cottage gardens, and borrow bikes to ride a section of the Shiraz Trail between Willunga and the town of McLaren Vale. Stop at the striking trailside Primo Estate for the Joseph VIP experience, which includes a flight of Italian-inspired Joseph wines with Joseph extra virgin olive oil, grana padano cheese and local bread.
Alternatively, enjoy a gin tasting at the historic Salopian Inn, which stocks more than 230 gins from around the world, including McLaren Vale’s own Settlers Gin, and snack on the steamed prawn and blue swimmer crab dumplings.
To end off the night, go for a walk along nearby Port Willunga Beach before a sunset dinner at The Star of Greece, a white-on-white seaside cafe set on the cliffs overlooking turquoise waters. Here, guests can choose from a variety of creative Mediterranean-influenced dishes.

DAY 3: BAROSSA VALLEY
Today, we make a visit to Cleland Conservation Park, home to some of South Australia's most iconic inhabitants and see Australian animals in their natural setting and hold a koala.
Have lunch at the rustic corrugated iron cellar door of Mount Lofty Ranges Vineyard, a family-owned, five-star boutique winery with some of the most beautiful vineyard views in the Adelaide Hills. Then, drive through eucalyptus-dotted bushland (you may try to spot some koalas here) for a tasting at Henschke, a family-owned, 152-year-old Australian winery. It produces the 'Hill of Grace', one of Australia's "cult wines", and was considered Australia's second-best wine by James Halliday in 2009
Tonight, check into one of the Luxury Lodges of Australia, The Louise. Relax in spacious comfort, experience pure indulgent luxury and sophisticated contemporary design whilst surrounded by picturesque natural vineyard landscapes. Then, dine at Appellation, which carefully crafts local specialities to match the superb wines of the Barossa and Eden Valley.

DAY 4: BAROSSA
If time/ trip allows – visit the Saturday Barossa Farmers Market and sample a variety of food products that reflect the Barossa’s Germanic heritage. The Barossa Farmers Market was established over 13 years ago as a true traditional marketplace – where growers and makers could find decent prices for their produce. Today it has grown from a small cluster of passionate local foodies into a vibrant, lively Saturday morning institution hosting upwards of 50 stalls every week with an abundant array of produce.
Alternatively, guests can choose to take part in a cooking class in the outdoor kitchen at the historic Jacob's Estate Cottages. Held in the Jacob’s Creek precinct, the unique experience provides a picturesque setting for an interactive cooking class. Hosted by a Jacob’s Creek chef, you will pick fresh produce which will then be prepared into a hearty feast. Enjoy a leisurely lunch over a few glasses of Jacob’s Creek wines, just like a true Barossan!
Then, drop a visit to Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop for a tea break and some light shopping at their Farm Shop and take the opportunity to taste all Maggie Beer and Pheasant Farm products. Then, make your own Blend Wine Experience at Penfolds Winery. The wine is then presented to take home in a personalised bottle. Become a master winemaker for the day with an experience specially designed for discerning wine-lovers. Learn about the legend of Penfolds first-hand in the heart of premium winemaking country.
After which, have dinner at the Harvest Kitchen of Artisans of Barossa. With sweeping views across the vines and a westerly aspect capturing some amazing sunsets, experience one of the most desirable dining outlooks in the region.

DAY 5: ADELAIDE
This morning, have breakfast with the kangaroos at Kaiserstuhl Conservation Park (The Louise can arrange). Your gourmet breakfast will be laid out on a picnic blanket in this truly natural setting. This is a memorable way to engage with Australia’s most unique living icons offering the perfect photo opportunity. Then drive to Clare Valley, known for riesling and shiraz.
Then, head to the historic Seppeltsfield, one of Australia's oldest wineries. The Seppeltsfield winery is well known for its signature wine, the 100-year-old Para Tawny. Embark on an estate tour.
Awarded the Barossa Trust Mark, the Centenary Tour is a once in a lifetime experience. Visit the Seppelt family homestead, followed by a private tasting of super-premium fortified wines in our VIP mezzanine lounge. The tour culminates in the 1878 Centennial Cellar, where you will taste your year of birth Tawny, direct from the barrel, as well as the legendary 100-year-old Para Vintage Tawny.
After the tour, check into your accommodation at The Playford Adelaide - MGallery by Sofitel.
Spend the evening at leisure and you may explore some bars nearby such as Mr Goodbar, The Howling Owl and Mother Vine. You may also have late-night supper at The Propaganda Club.

DAY 6: PORT LINCOLN
Today, hop onto your private transfer for the airport and take a domestic flight (55 minutes) from Adelaide to Port Lincoln.
Head to The Fresh Fish Place for a Seafood lover’s behind-the-scenes oyster and seafood tasting tour of their multi fish species processing factory. Learn about the diverse local fishing and aquaculture industries, observe how the fishermen’s catch is received, packed and stored. View the many and varied species of the day. See how they open Oysters, peel Prawns, clean squid and witness the famous King George Whiting being filleted at high-speeds
Then, taste the renowned Coffin Bay Oyster and enjoy a tantalising tasting of our in-house smoked fish and pickled Mussels, Squid, Octopus & Scallops. On Saturdays, guests may take a seafood cooking demo class.
Then, enjoy a wine tasting and late lunch at Boston Bay Wines before embarking on a unique Swim with the Tuna experience. Guests are transferred on to a floating platform and fitted with warm wetsuits, gloves, booties and masks. Then, swim, feed and interact with the magnificent Southern Bluefin Tuna, the Ferraris of the Ocean.
South Australia enjoys some of the cleanest and most pristine oceans in the world, hosting a greater diversity of marine life than the Great Barrier Reef. South Australia’s ocean waters are home to seven and a half thousand different species of plants and animals – and over 80 per cent of them are found nowhere else in the world.
Alternatively, go shark cage diving or swim with the sea lions. In the late afternoon, head to Mikkira Station to see koalas in the wild. Mikki Station is home to the only Wild Koala Colony near Port Lincoln on the Eyre Peninsula.
After the day’s activities, check into Port Lincoln Hotel.

DAY 7: COFFIN BAY
Drive to Coffin Bay, and head for an oyster farm tour on which you will harvest fresh oysters straight out of the sea. Coffin Bay Oyster Farm Tour is the only tour in Australia where you wade to a working Oyster Farm, sit in the water and taste oysters fresh out of the sea.
Wade out into the water and taste fresh Pacific and the native Angasi oysters straight out of the sea, and learn first hand, how to shuck an oyster.
Then indulge in more seafood at 1802 Oyster Bar. 1802 Oyster Bar is situated in beautiful Coffin Bay overlooking the pristine waters and oyster leases that have made the town, and its oysters world famous. Unwind on the large outdoor deck and soak up the sea views while feasting on a delicious array of food.
Then, check into your accommodation. Baird Bay Ocean Eco Apartments offer two architecturally designed, large rammed earth holiday units. The location is absolute beachfront and a dinghy and kayaks are available with each unit for guests to use during their stay. (There is no extra charge for the dinghy or kayaks, but a fuel surcharge does apply and is payable before departure.)

DAY 8: EYRE PENINSULA
This morning, you will swim with playful sea lions and bottlenose dolphins. Unfed, untrained, totally wild, a place where the Lions of the sea and their close friends, bottlenose dolphins, will choose to interact with you on their own terms. The "call of the wild" echoes around you as you are literally welcomed into a water world of pure magic by the very things that live in the sea.
Then return to Adelaide before transferring to your flight to Singapore tomorrow.

DAY 9: ADELAIDE – SINGAPORE
