As a Travel Designer, you will be responsible for crafting bespoke travel itineraries, offering personalized service, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our esteemed clients.
Job Description
Major Duties / Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and expectations.
- Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and unique experiences that align with their preferences.
- Itinerary Design:
- Create customized travel itineraries that include luxury accommodations, private tours, exclusive experiences, and personalized services.
- Ensure that each itinerary reflects the client’s desires and exceeds their expectations in terms of luxury, exclusivity, and personalization.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and during their travels.
- Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and new luxury products or services.
- Continuously explore new opportunities to enhance the company’s offerings and stay ahead of market trends.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential high-net-worth clients.
- Procure own leads through self- developed and managed lead generation program.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor client feedback and reviews to ensure the highest levels of service and satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of travel experiences offered.
Educational Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Sales is preferred.
- Experience in using GDS.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities and adept multitasking skills.
- Diligent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality.
